I’m a Quality Control Assistant. I deal with drawings/samples of clutches; I also deal with warranty returns.

Why did you choose to follow Engineering?

It is a good qualification and is something I enjoy studying.

Why did you choose an apprenticeship?

It is a good way to achieve a qualification and earn money at the same time. 

How do you see your career developing in the future?

I want to progress at Tibbetts, and take opportunities when they come my way.

Yes, the apprenticeship route is the best way to gain experience and a qualification.
