Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Once sufficient knowledge and experience has been gained the apprentice will support customers either over the phone or at the trade counter.
Requirements and prospects
An interest in Technology and music. Although not essential, the ability to play a guitar or keyboard would be useful, as this would aid the diagnosis of some faults.
Presentable, good communication skills, an attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4, to include Math’s, English and Science.
Additional salary as level of skills, knowledge and experience increase.
Things to consider
Some heavy lifting will be required.

In addition to TV Repairs we also repair DVD Recorders, Blu-ray Players, Home Cinema Systems, Hi-Fi Separates and a range of Electronic Musical Instruments, Guitar Amplifiers and Mixing Desks.

Training to be provided
Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship delivered over 12-18 months. The apprenticeship will be delivered in Company and combine both practical and technical training. Which will be achieved by following a company training plan.
