Vacancy description

As an Apprentices Field Service Engineer, you will:

  • Train as an apprentice service engineer and undertake a structured training program combining field service, workshop and academic.
  • Travel to our customer sites across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands to provide support to our network of valued customers.
  • Attend field Service visits to include installation, preventative maintenance and repair of medical diagnostic instruments alongside skilled engineers eventually being able to attend basic service visits unsupervised.
  • Develop skills and knowledge around engineering and biotechnology leading to a suitable qualification.

Desired qualifications

A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade 5 and above including English, Science and Maths.
