Production Assistant Apprentice
40 Hours a week. 8 – 4.30 with ½hr for lunch.

Intermediate Apprenticeship, Level 2
Number of Vacancies
Carry out all production tasks within the PC printer inkjet cartridge remanufacturing process ensuring quality and quantity standards are being met at all times. Assist and support the team to achieve daily production targets whilst maintaining quality standards. Record data to ensure full traceability of each process.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
An understanding of workflow processes and meeting targets and deadlines.
Good verbal & written English communication skills
Ability to work well and support the team to meet targets
Good eye/hand co-ordination skills and able to sit / stand for long periods
Ability to work unsupervised once work is set up
Good work practice methodology
Well organised and able to prioritise
Thorough and rigorous to ensure work is completed to time and quality standards
A minimum of three GCSE's (or equivalent qualifications) at grade D (Grade 3 ) minimum and above including English and Maths.
Continued employment and progression to Team Leader and beyond when vacancies arise. Employees are notified of positions throughout the Company as they become available.
Working with Ink and plastic materials.

At our factory in Park Royal, North West London, our in-house teams of technical experts have developed proprietary equipment and ink formulations to produce a wide range of remanufactured cartridges to the same high quality as the original equipment manufacturers.
Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship delivered over 2 years. First year L2 NVQ Performing Manufacturing Operations and BTEC L2 Diploma delivered at external college/provider. Subsequent years spent in company following company training plan, against which the NVQ is awarded.
