Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Working alongside FMB Technicians and Engineers the apprentice will train in the skills required for the assembly and test of components, sub assemblies and final product, to agreed specifications, quality, and time/cost objectives.
Maintain plant, test equipment and tools in good working order.
Requirements and prospects
Problem solving, flexible attitude, a good level of engineering knowledge.
Maintain a flexible attitude and approach to changing priorities and requirements.
A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade 5 and above including English, Science and Maths.
Develop in the role of Technician, world-wide travel for installation and, with time and experience, potential to become a Production Cell Leader.

Training to be provided
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. The first year will be spent completing both competence and knowledge qualifications with subsequent years spent in company completing the company training plan and further competence qualifications.
